front desk agents were very friendly and overall a very nice hotel
The room itself would've been nice if we didn't have an air mattress to replace a bed. There was a mini fridge but was not stable and wabled.
Upon arrival, we found out they gave our 2 queen bed room away to another guest where we had four individuals in our party. They then blamed the booking site hotels.com for the error. They were booked full and the only solution they could give was to give us was an air mattress which they had to go out and buy. Oh, and 2 drink coupons for four of us. The facilities employees were nice when they came to make up the air bed but the whole situation was handled poorly. I will never stay at that hotel again and am now debating if I would ever stay at another Marriott. One of our party members cleans houses for a living and noticed there were signs of mold in the shower. Housekeeping also took towels that we had and did not replace them even though there was a blow up bed in the room!

Staying a bit out of town gives a great value for the money. This kind of hotel in downtown area would go for 3 times as much.
Rooms do not have tubs (except for accessible rooms, apparently), which is kind of unusual.

There should be refrigerators in the room as well as more places to sit outside with out having to eat or drink in the reaturant. Also, the staff should know more about their surroundings ... Where the parks and great reaturants are. Without a fridge and a place to sit outside.... My family and I won't be staying here again.
