Pros. good towels

Cons. Unkempt exterior. Poor Bfast. Not enough shampoo. Very rude member of front desk team. Far too expensive for the condition and location of property.

Pros. The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Did not hear the highway.

Cons. The bathroom had no fan and the ice machine was 3 floor down and on the other end of the building. the light switches were a little confusing.

Pros. I had 3 pillows. that was awesome

Cons. We had flying ants in the bathroom and a couple in the living section. We killed what we could but they kept coming back. It was creepy when they started to climb on our clothes and feet. There was a leak under the sink and while packing clothes on the bed a drip from above dropped on the bed. Kind of bad

Pros. Pet friendly. Large room, easily set up pack n play and airline kennel. New flooring and furnishings. Breakfast was satisfying.

Cons. Exterior looked older, but I think they are remodeling. Bathroom fan did not work.

Cons. We had a room with a broken door ( hard to shut and hard to open). Talked to the staff about it and they said "Oh yeah we know. " If you knew then why isn't it fixed?? On top of that they places us right in front of the lobby door. There was sooo many people being loud when they walked by. It was very annoying.

Cons. when we came in the lobby the TV had some show that was about plastic surgery and it was showing the front side of females. told the counter person and she just said yea they show that sometimes on this show. Anyhow, I had booked 2 rooms and asked if we could get them close together she told us no. We get to are room and its not bad. So I call down to see if we could get an extra chair so to play cards at the table and the front desk was very rude. First she said my maintenance guy isn't here to do that then she said that they don't have 100 seats for everyone that wants to have a party. At that point I asked to speak to her sup. she said she didn't have one then hung up on me. About 5 min. later theres a very loud banging on are door. Scared the hell out of my wife. I go to the door and theres 2 chairs but nothing else no body at all. Then the other party for the 2nd room gets there and there is in fact a room next to us. So if you go to this place be sure not to ask for anything from the front desk.

Pros. We were there for a family event, and it was close to where we were going, and close to anything you needed including food or shopping. Pool was nice.

Cons. Nothing comes to mind except we checked in at around 5pm local time, and our room still wasn't cleaned. This would have been an issue if we needed the room at that time, but we luckily did not, so we could wait for it to be done.

Cons. First nights room had obviously been smoked in. Next morning we were switched to different/better room with no hassle.

Pros. The rooms were nice and clean.

Cons. I was immediately met when I checked in, with the most awful clerk, with a terrible attitude to boot. She never once tried to help the situation get better when I was starting to get quite angry. Her bad attitude kept getting worse. I would appreciate friendly customer service, especially when I have paid to come stay at this hotel. And another thing was I got surprised by a $75 deposit on top of what I already paid for my one night stay. I also didn't get the room I had paid for bit by that point I no longer wanted to deal with their staff.
