Pros (+) I thought everything was clean, they always had fresh towels, and they were always polite. I never felt like I was intruding upon them, as they were always warm and welcoming
Cons (-) The mattress was VERY hard, almost like sleeping on a wood block. The card keys very easily get erased if you slightly brush it across your cell phone for an instant. I did say the hotel was nice, but it is very dated. Suite-style rooms just barely above motel prices, but like I said the interior, design, the feel is just like you're staying in a museum for suites in the 80's

Cons (-) Hotel beds were very uncomfortable, we has 3 rooms and stayed 3 night. None of the rooms were cleaned not even one time, even after tagging the rooms with maid service required sign.
