Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for skiing and exploring the area. The breakfast and dining options received high marks for variety and quality. Many reviews highlighted the friendly and professional service from staff and management. However, some guests were disappointed by issues with room assignments, bed comfort, and extra charges for amenities like the pool. The pool itself received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others noting temperature or access issues. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding location, breakfast, and service.
