Pros (+) This hotel is in a great location in West Des Moines IOWA. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very good and accommodating. The conference facilities are great and flexible.
Cons (-) When I was there construction was occurring to redo the restaurant. So that was not available to anyone. The contractor did work around some of the major conflict the men’s when people were not ina meeting room for our group.

Pros (+) Front desk at check in was great. Manager was very helpful when I asked to change rooms due to construction noise.
Cons (-) Construction noise. Service in the bar was truly awful. It was so bad I thought it might be a candid camera setup to see how customers reacted. The
