Guests consistently praised the hotel’s beautiful and tranquil location with exceptional views of the lake and mountains. The breakfast received high marks for quality and variety, often enjoyed with scenic vistas. Many reviews highlighted the friendly and attentive staff, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness and spacious rooms were also noted positively by several guests. However, some guests mentioned the lack of air conditioning, especially during heatwaves, and issues with older rooms, absence of elevators, and misleading photos. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was very positive, particularly for those who stayed in renovated or newer rooms.
