10,0 Excellent
Pros: We got a one bedroom chalet and it was very roomy. Full kitchen. Huge bathroom. The woods around the area were beautiful. We only had one neighbor attached and couldn’t hear them at all. Great place to stay. I will be going back.
Cons: The stairs were kind of hard to get up with all of our belongings, but I saw other chalets that were ground level.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We love the place , the location, the staff .. everything!! We can’t wait to come back.
Cons: They forget to clean our room one day:/
6,7 Good
Pros: Lakeside location amazing. Swimming in the lake in the morning is wonderful as is cycling around it in the afternoon.
Cons: My sense is these are for regulars who bring all their own kit. There is no breakfast for example yet no utilities for making breakfast. Despite being in total seclusion the cheap air conditioning system and fridge in our room made a total racket meaning none of us got any sleep. Such a shame for such a beautiful spot.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Beautiful setting
Cons: Their bar closed at 8, they had shut down the hot tub (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) and they would not give us a late check out.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location between San Francisco and Crater Lake stops.
Cons: Thought we'd have more water view, but cabin 116 is on high bank with steep drop to water.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very close to town and nice rooms
7,9 Good
Pros: Lake view and swimming across the lake in the morning!
Cons: Everything in the chalet just seemed a bit cheap and flimsy.
7,1 Good
Pros: Great area close to wilderness.
Cons: Even though we were in dog friendly cabin we were too near a road with lots of traffic. Kinda muffled our wilderness experience.
6,0 Good
Cons: All appliances were noisy and if you have a different schedule then your partner, is a problem because you are far from the downtown area. Taxis are hard to find.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: We stayed in a chalet with direct access to the Siskiyou Lake. Everything was awesome : dinner in the restaurant with a view on Mt Shasta is amazing.
7,9 Good
Cons: We did not like the pillows
9,6 Excellent
Pros: the golf course was absolutely breathtaking and dinner was very good.
Cons: Would have been even better if there were a swimming pool available.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, has 4 Tesla charging stations, very clean
Cons: Nothing
1,0 Poor
Pros: I have stayed at this property three times now and the last two times was 5 star. I raved about this property to everyone and we drove 10 hours just to specifically stay at the Shasta Tree House on our way to CA. The view of the mountain is incomparable. Normally you can park right in front of your room and see your car. Well lit, secure parking lot. Plenty of towels. Immediate access to I5 in both directions. Gas across the street as well as other eating establishments within walking distance. Beautiful town. Staff are polite. I would recommend to everyone but don’t let them give you Room 117.
Cons: They could have told us that the entire parking lot was being re-paved.Had to park on opposite side of property and carry our things considerable distance to our room. Our room 117 smelled horrible from mold and water damage. Carpet was extraordinarily filthy with greasy black bootprints and overall filth. Cobwebs on the airconditioner, everything dusty, pink mildew and black mold in shower. We had driven for 10 hrs and were too exhausted to ask for another room much less move everything again. As repeat guests, we were used to 4 star quality and were incredulous that they could charge $200 for the dirtiest room we’ve ever seen.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the gym access, the pool and the room as well as the staff
Cons: The jacuzzi was broke
7,1 Good
Pros: I liked the position of the hotel for easy access form the highway and to Mt. Shasta

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Bed I Klee exx
Cons: No Kleenex, no coffe cups!
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Big ADA room Restaurant on site w outdoor dining patio Good beds Very clean
Cons: You could hear talking in the next room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast that was included had many options from the regular menu. We just had to pay the tax and tip. The facility was beautiful, jacuzzi and pool was perfect to end the day. We could access our room from the parking lot and then the other door went into the hallway to go to the restaurant.

Cons: No tub or pool-I needed to soak!
6,3 Good
Pros: They serviced our problem quickly
Cons: However since the problem with our toilet was due to a flange so old as to be obvious upon inspection showed lack of foresight to question our inconvenience in the matter. Cons: Don't stay here! Horrible ownership, black mold in the ice tray of a refrigerator that didn't work, bathtub filled up to my ankle within 2 minutes if stepping in the shower, a stab in the matress, a coffee pot that didn't look like it has been cleaned in years a d a mystery rash from my one night stay at this flea bag motel.

2,5 Mediocre
Cons: A mentally ill man got the room next to me and paced outside my room. I felt very unsafe. If my dog hadn’t been there I would have been really nervous. The management did nothing. I left early.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: none of the amenities ( pool, hot tub, exercise room breakfast ) were available. the hundreds of baby spider hanging from the bathroom ceiling as I came out of the shower was like in a haunted house.
