Pros (+) New rooms w laminate floors look good. No more dirty carpets. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The room smelled like cat urine. I left the door open a couple hours and turned on the fans and that helped. i don't know if the smell was the cleaning products used, or if it was actually a cat from the prior guest.
