Pros (+) The location was great! The hotel is only a few blocks from the White House and National Mall.
Cons (-) The valet parking was $36 per day and I don't believe there were any self parking options available other than on the street. Street parking must be paid until 10:00 on Saturday night and is free on Sunday.

Cons (-) The people next to our room was terrible. They had a party all night long and the courtyard staff seemed ignorant how much noisy they created to other guests.
