Check in and lobby staff were very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. There were a few issues with the hotel though. The pool was closed when I specifically paid more to stay at a hotel with a pool. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock on it. The refrigerator barely kept a chill. No one came to clean the room though we were out early and gone all day. The breakfast would have been great,with a lot of options, but quite a few things were empty and food was not restocked. It was just…. Meh. Again very friendly front desk staff.
