The rooms were very comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was amazing and the woman in charge of it was super friendly. The service was great. Also the daily offered chopin piano concert is something special and unique. The whole stay was wonderful.
I think there isn't really something which could be improved.

Really liked the interior and atmosphere. A touch of history and authenticity. good location – close to the old town, but at the same time not noisy. Also enjoyed the Chopin’s music everywhere. Also, great staff.

A huge public parking nearby 5 minutes walking to Noviy Sviat street
The room was old, with old creaking furniture, smelling an old woman. First day we arrived it was very cold, because the heating was turned off, we slept badly. The beds are uncomfortable, with some strange lamps attached to them, that you hit with your head constantly. The room was totally different from what was shown on photos on booking, worse and smaller. There was constantly nobody at the reception desk The breakfast was awful
