Needs more attention to details. No one wheel or with luggages. Ice machine was broken. No upgrade even if the hotel wasn’t full. Asked for late check out was told no. Then someone called and said ok.

Pros (+) The location, pools, luau, yoga, sunsets, complimentary Prosecco and chocolates for our honeymoon, poolside service, Kapa food
Cons (-) Pools too crowded, more accessible (i.e. no reservations needed) chairs and umbrellas at the adult only pool, firmer pillows, cost of drinks/cocktails is excessive.
Pros (+) The scene was picture perfect and the staff was amazing.
