Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, close to the beach, port, and local attractions. Many also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews mention that the rooms and bathrooms are dated and small, with some issues regarding cleanliness and comfort. Value for money is a concern for some guests, who feel the prices are high compared to the quality offered. Overall, the positive aspects are the prime location and attentive service, while room updates and better pricing could improve the experience.

Frank, Aug 2020
Pros (+) Staff are great. Room was well air conditioned and clean. The location is convenient if you want to walk to the black sand beaches or to the port. Despite the problems I would still stay here again.
Cons (-) I didn’t need the wifi but it’s terrible. The facilities and rooms are dated and need to be modernized. The breakfast is mediocre with terrible coffee (unless you like the taste of Nescafé); I only ate breakfast one day and then went elsewhere the following days.
