issue with check in. rooms we were offered were on different floors (manager told us there were no rooms available on the same floor) but after I pointed that it was requested via booking.com that rooms should be close magically, spare room was found on the same floor. when we were ready to sleep my wife found that her pillow was not fresh and smelled with man cologne (someone slept on the pillow an it was not changed). who knows what else was not fresh in our room. I requested another room and it was given on a same floor (again, manager told us there no rooms available on the same floor when we were checking in). we had issues with parking hotel provided, there was a problem with exiting parking lot, we spent 15 minutes because of parking barrier not working and no one was able to make it work.

The people were most interesting. The staff was helpful and cordial. The sauna was excellent.
If my lovely girlfriend was with me, it could have been better. Does anyone at your company know how to get a woman to stop working like a horse ? Okay, I understand you. The desserts could have been better.
