|Top route||Mexico City Benito Juarez to Cancún|
|Top airport||Mexico City Benito Juarez|
Pros: Everything inside this airline is wrong!
Cons: They are canceling flights all the times Check in is a nightmare Worst customer service ever No one knows anything and they are avoiding you or ignoring you all the time
Cons: What I already mentioned you make my travel a nightmare
Cons: Letting me know from the beginning that I need to scan some stupid code that is not necessary I waste a lot of time trying to scan the code and I couldn't to finally an employee give me a form to put what all ready was written
Cons: people completely ignore social distancing when boarding and deplaning. Not enough emphasis is made on this.
Cons: The delay
Cons: Offer something to drink
Cons: They oversold the flight and many People had to stay for 2 more days I was lucky to get a seat they sold my ticket to someone else it was like a nightmare
Pros: easy boarding, great crew(though very tired), seats were finally comfortable, not like sitting on wood
Cons: best flight ever with volaris!!!!
Cons: There were plenty of available seats to social distance however upon asking to be relocated they would only do an aisle seat for money. What happened to caring for others SAFETY?! I sent a Twitter message (with photos) and no reply. Shitty service and lack of concern for human health.
Cons: 4 h delay
Pros: Flight attendants were friendly But people at checking in are really mean. Nasty people you should get another people with better trainings, etc. They were asking personal questions and abusing just because of their power. Not good at all, one on the worst experience
Cons: Personal at checking in. They have the worst attitude ever
Pros: Not much
Cons: Faster boarding More comfortable seats!! Crew was doing a turn around and we’re exhausted-not good customer service-crew too tired!!!
Pros: amazing crew
Cons: more padding in seats
Pros: On time fight
Cons: Service airline should serve a least water to the passengers with charging them for it
Pros: Como la gente me trató
Pros: Crew were nice
Cons: They charge for absolutely everything and flights are not even that cheap. Seats ate very uncomfortable.
Pros: I got safe and sound
Cons: Luggage policy $60 per checked luggage is extremely high, other than that at the México airport this airline do not pro use an international booth, so, make this a 90 minute lune with zero help from airline crew to even guide travelers, bad experience there, luggage damaged when came..... zero response from the airline. So in a nutshell is a very high priced airline with bad service
Pros: Above average amount of leg room. Plane was very clean.
Cons: Seats could have a bit more padding. Sitting becomes uncomfortable quickly.
Pros: Terrible! Terrible signage, terrible treatment, terrible organization!
Cons: Delayed flight, next time send the alert in time for people to stay put instead of waiting at the airport. And why keep your stupid vip seats empty and crowd people in the back in the middle of a pandemic. I hate volaris and I'll selling all my shares with them. Go vivaaerobus
Cons: Comfort of seats and when checking in being checked in with your party not scattered around.
Pros: Crew was amazing. Felt safe from check 8n to arrival
Cons: Second flight that was not on time. Seat was a bit uncomfortable.
Pros: Crew always nice
Cons: Boarding process was very slow-not normal for Volaris
Cons: Volaris has no social distancing in flight
Pros: Super rude, starting from the check-in counter to security inspection to boarding the plane- every attendant we asked a question to or asked for assistance had no clue what to do or respond.
Cons: Get better-qualified personnel.
Cons: Boarding too many unnecesary questions
Cons: Customer service.
Cons: Complimentary drinks & snacks
Cons: The social distancing was completely random. I had two girls sitting next to me meanwhile there were entire rows of seats completely open. Totally unnecessary!
Cons: On time
Pitching itself as a low-cost airline with affordable prices and streamlined amenities, Volaris has grown to become a significant member of the North American aviation industry since commencing operations in 2005. Based in Santa Fe, the carrier has additional hubs in Guadalajara, Mexico City and Tijuana.
The majority of international flights are scheduled north towards cities across the United States, while flights are also available to the Central American countries of Costa Rica, El Salvador and Guatemala. Volaris Costa Rica was established as a subsidiary of the main carrier in 2016, taking on the responsibility of more services within the Central America region.
Volaris only offers Economy seating, meaning there is no class separation between customers. Passengers are allowed to bring pets as carry-on luggage, providing that the animal and their cage weigh less than 22 lb. Vaccination records and health certificates must be presented prior to the pet being allowed to board the plane.
An exclusively Airbus fleet of aircraft is operated by the airline, with most being narrow-body planes that are suited to medium distance flights. The A320 and A321 families of aircraft are most common and can hold between 174 and 230 passengers. The colorful pixelated logo of the carrier is visible on the tail of the fleet with a black background. New planes introduced to the fleet are given a name, such as Ricardo or Stephany, which are then inscribed on the fuselage underneath the Volaris branding. Keep an eye out to see if the aircraft you are traveling on has been named.
