Pros: Unique view, incredible staff and hospitality. Nice spa but also very good food. It's worth going there even for a lunch or an afternoon tea. We had an amazing time and the mountain view from the room is amazing. Perfect place to chill and relax :)

Pros: Comfortable and beautiful place. Great food. Friendly staff. Many options wether you want to relax or explore the area.
Cons: If you are foreigner, be aware you will need to pay VAT tax over your meal in case you get half board option. Booking doesn't separate how much it would be charged for room and how much for food (dinner or lunch). In my case it was U$100,00/night for the couple as meal price. Had to pay 21% over this value as taxes.

Cons: In general, we thought this property is a touch below Relais and Chateaux quality, just is a bit worn, however, we loved our stay very much, and totally recommend it for a relaxed stay with outstanding food.

Pros: Our daughters loved the semi in- and outdoor swimming pool. The water was nice and warm. It was good to have our own little garden and asado.
Cons: Our apartment did not smell nice. We had to keep all doors and windows open to get rid of it a bit, but it did not entirely help. For cleaning service, you have to take action yourself: you have to send a whatsapp message to the cleaning staff before noon and let them know what time you will be away. Since we never plan our days ahead, we did not like this way of scheduling from time to time during our holidays. The gym has 4 old machines and is very tiny.

Cons: I left my wallet at the property and although I cant accuse the hotel for this, they were impossible to reach by phone all day left an email and they finally got back to us a few hours later. By this point we where told that there was guests in the room already, so it is possible that the new guests had taken it. However, had the phone been answered maybe this could of been avoided. Seems a bit suspicious for a hotel not to answer a phone all day. Did communicate by WhatsApp eventually and seemed to be co-operating, although i was not totally convinced they where actually looking for it. My own fault for leaving it behind I suppose. Also, the 1 bedroom apartment is really only suited for 2 adults and 2 children as there is 1 sofa-bed upstairs in the same room as the double and 1 sofa-bed downstairs. Sofa beds where just not suited for the size of an adult also.

Pros: The location was idyllic.
Cons: The price for the place, it was more expensive then a NYC hotel. It's a 2 start hotel. Internet was a disaster. The cable did not work for a day. And the last day we stay in even the coffee machine was broken ( we have the breakfast included).
