Smoke wafted up from the street bar below. The outside bar was right below our room and right outside the main entrance so you could not avoid the smoke. But then EVERYONE smokes in Vienna it seems so ...

Location.
Check in was an unpleasant experience . The staff member at the reception was not only impatient but actually rude. Upon arrival the bathroom smelled. They took care of it at some point, while I wasn't in the room. The room was located at D1 floor, from the window one could only see other hotel room's windows and a metal net that was right under the windows that faced the inner rectangular space at D1 floor, as was my room's window. Bathroom was small for two people but okay for one person. I personally found the mattress and the feather pillows uncomfortable. I arrived at this hotel after spending 2 nights at another hotel that wasn't located right at the center as this one but had a great stay there .
