Great location , clean room , good staff and we enjoyed the lemon water near the elevators . In addition, the view in breakfast area is fantastic .
When we firstly arrived to the hotel in our chick in date , we were shocked that there was no luggage porter in the main front gate (no security as well) so I had to get off the car and go inside to find the porter and trolly my self (i was already so tired cuz of my long flight) !! However, This should not happen in a five star hotel . There was 2 concierges during my stay , one of them doesn’t know any thing and never answered any of my questions unlike the other one (the shorty) who helped me with a great recommendations (I wish if I could remember his name )
