Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which is close to city attractions and convenient for exploring. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the unique decor and spacious rooms in some cases. However, a common complaint was the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, and some found the amenities and cleanliness to be lacking. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it while others found it insufficient or lacking variety. Overall, the location and service stood out as highlights, while improvements could be made in amenities and room features.
