Pros (+) This hotel was spotless, with a very firm bed, in the middle of the old town, and had an excellent breakfast. I could not have been happier.

Pros (+) Just off pedestrian only area. Multitude of restaurants, cafes & shops, including grocery & apothecary. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Steps from Underground. Despite being in a busy area and close by churches with bells regularly, we heard nothing while in our room. For the most part, the staff was very nice and helpful. Cons (-) Restaurants are expensive, and menus were not that appealing to us. We did hope to have an after dinner drink or dessert at the rooftop terrace one. The night we tried to do so, half the restaurant and the bar were closed for a private party. Disappointing.
