The Executive lounge is very big. If the weather is good the outside area is nice. Avoid the shop downstairs - their pricing is offensively high. You can stock up in one of the supermarkets across the street in the train station.

Pros (+) Great location and able to walk into center area from the hotel. Also on the U & S lines so easy to get to/from the train station. The hotel itself while undergoing renovations is delightful as the rooms have been renovated, walk in showers and good lighting. Pros (+) Very good concierge service. Good location.
Cons (-) Very poor internet service, extremely slow. Receptions Staff were robotic, no smiles or friendly conversation,would only scripted responses.Twice were given rooms already occupied and twice were locked out of our room - Staff response - that is the way it is: this gives rise to room security.
