Guests consistently praised the hotel's pool, describing it as large, clean, and offering beautiful views, making it a highlight of their stay. The location was appreciated for its convenience and scenic surroundings. Many guests found the staff friendly and helpful, and several reviews noted the cleanliness of both rooms and common areas. However, there were repeated criticisms about the breakfast, which many found basic, repetitive, or below expectations for a four-star hotel. Some guests also mentioned that the hotel and rooms appeared dated and in need of renovation, and there were occasional complaints about noise, maintenance, and value for money.
