Super clean and friendly staff. Our room has been ungraded on our arrival and we have a nice weekend at Verona.
It would be better if breakfast is more abundant.

The hotel itself was very nice. Prettily decorated. Comfortable and clean.
There was a lot of noise from the street - we could hear conversations even with the windows closed and shutters down.

central location, quiet at night, friendly swiss lady who served breakfast, nice room (newly renovated).
reception personnel should smile more and be friendly - this is supposed to be the hospitality industry! when we arrived and asked for the parking, the man at reception said we hadn't booked a parking space although i showed him the confirmation from the hotel - no apology from him - he didn't smile once in the 4 days we were there. also didn't like all the plastic flowers and plants.
