Rooms a bit too simple and small for a four star property.
Lovely hotel in a great location, not far from train station and main attractions. The hotel is decorated with beautiful artwork, including sculptures and paintings and has a lovely outdoor courtyard. Rooms were very clean. Looking forward to returning one day.
It's laying favourable and the city center is not so far with every spot. The staff is helpful and the room was confortable and big.Every day was hidden some candy in the bed.
We had to left there in the parking place in a building the car key,in order to the workers can do able drive criss-cross in the parking place depended upon who has need his car.The cars were open and the keys were on the windscreen.
Great hotel! This was the second time we stayed at the Grand! The location is good, just a few minutes from the old town ( actually from the Arena, because you are in the old town, the hotel being situated just after you pass the Porta Nouva gate), the staff is really helpful and nice! The breakfast is super, taking into consideration that you are in Italy.
The only thing i cand think of being not great is that the wi-fi connection had , from time to time, some problems..it didn't work properly every time you logged in.
The location was good for a first time visitor to Verona. All staff were courteous and no request or question was an issue for them.
One minor issue I experienced was wi fi in my room. I was able to use at the reception area however could not connect from the room.
A Neighborhood fueled by passions. The fictional passion between Romeo and Juliet draws thousands to Verona every year, but it's the very real loves and obsessions of the city's residents past and present that make our neighborhood so special. At the heart of this neighborhood is Hotel Indigo Verona which was built in the 1920's at the request of a noble Austrian family, the Reichenbach. You can dive into our district's rich past the moment you step out onto Corso Porta Nuova, largely thanks to architect Michele Sanmichell, whose statue sits opposite the Hotel Indigo – Verona. You will recognise results of Verona's Roman heritage with distinctive 16th-century Italian craftsmanship throughout the design of our boutique hotel rooms and bar. Our facilities are up to date, with flat screen tv's, invigorating rainfall showers, luxurious toiletries, and complimentary WIFI to make your stay a very special one.
