Pros (+) We really enjoyed our stay. The building was built in the 1300's. We just loved the history of it. The staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was good. The location was great. About a 5 minute walk from the water bus stop and about 15 minutes from St. Marks square. Cons (-) I would have given it a higher rating except our room was on the bottom floor. It was very damp and the AC did not work well at all We did let them know the unit was not working properly and I am hoping they will replace it for future guests.
