Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access transportation. Some reviewers highlighted the friendliness of the staff, especially at the reception. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, including issues with overcharging, lack of communication, and abrupt changes to bookings. Cleanliness was another concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms and bathrooms. Some found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were appreciated, service and cleanliness need improvement.
