A newly build beautiful hotel. 3 minutes away from a waterbus stop which makes it very comfortable to get to by a public transport. Close to biennale and slightly away from center, which is perfect given how crowded and noisy the center of Venice is
great price/value for a large and modern hotel in one of the best parts of Venice (close to Biennale, Lido, City Center, Vaporetto) very friendly staff with great knowledge about the area great kitchen for dinner with fair prices and one of the best prosecco brands It's a place to return...
just very tiny issues like the speed of the elevator, option to have breakfast in the garden
The location was excellent. It was away from the touristy city center but a very close 30 minute walk to get there. The staff were extremely friendly taking time to properly welcome us and give us ideas for places to go in they city. The area has a family local vibe about it with a collection of tennis, soccer and basketball court. I would definitely come back.
The hotel does not have a swimming pool. This would’ve made it one of the better hotels I would’ve been to.
Staff were very helpful and kind. The room was beautifully decorated, furnished and cleaned. Breakfast was great! Good location. The garden area was a nice place to relax
A seasonal pool would take this hotel to the next level! My stay would have been beyond perfect is a pool was onsite
The shower was enormous! It was so nice to fit me and my wife in a shower in Europe!
There was hotel music from speakers in the hallway outside our room that was loud enough to be heard in the rooms.
The tranquil neighbourhood. Venice is a fairy-tale of a city with palaces, cathedrals and museums to take your breath away. In our neighbourhood you can get your breath back again. It’s a place where you can escape the noise and bustle, experience genuine local life, and feel refreshed. This is a neighbourhood of true tranquillity. At the heart of the neighbourhood is Hotel Indigo® Venice - Sant'Elena, a converted 1930s monastery where a peaceful inner sanctuary offers further respite from the bustle. Our neighbours include the elegant red-brick Gothic church of Sant’Elena, built by Augustinian monks in the 11th century and known for its lofty landmark belltower.
