The location of the hotel makes it really nice place to stay. Excellent connection to Venice and to the airport. Breakfasts, freshly baked croissants especially, were really tasty. Staff always makes sure that you're comfortable.
Super easy access to direct tram and bus line to Venice. Tram is only 4 stops to get to or from Venice with a very short walk to the shop up the road to purchase the tickets. Hotel staff are very friendly and speak good English. Rooms are very clean & a nice breakfast is provided.
The bathroom space is a little cramped for the toilet and the bed was quite hard, though to be fair most of EUROPE has terrible beds that are too thin and hard and that creates back issues for me personally.
Location was good with easy access to bus and tram. Hotel reception was fantastic and very informative on how to get around. Very helpful. We had parking out the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good, but we had been looking for bacon and scrambled or pouched eggs (hard to find this in Italy).
Being tall people, your legs have no room when sitting on the toilet (had to sit diagonal or with door open). Beds were very hard. The walls are very thin - meaning, you can hear every noise someone in the next room makes. My sister asked someone in the room next to her to shut up at midnight so she could get some sleep. Guests should respect other guests and keep noise down when late at night.
The family room contained two rooms separated by a door. Each room had a sink. The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable.
The toilet and shower was small. I failed to open a safe. Noise from the main street and other rooms.
