Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's breakfast, location, and some aspects of the service, particularly the friendliness of certain staff members. However, there were recurring complaints about the pool facilities, including cleanliness, maintenance, and overcrowding. Cleanliness in rooms and common areas received mixed feedback, with both positive and negative experiences noted. While some guests found the service helpful and polite, others experienced issues with billing, inattentiveness, and slow bar service. Overall, the breakfast and location stood out as highlights, but improvements are needed in pool maintenance, cleanliness, and some service aspects.
