The hotel was clean, well taken care of, it looked kinda new. My room had a nice view but not in the interesting part of the city. The lady at the reception was very nice
Well, I didn't like the mattress, it was too slim, there was a lot of noise (outside, inside as well), only 6 TV channels (all Bulgarian), the AC remote was not in the camera and the fridge made weird noises.
Grate place, this time the pictures dispalyed on booking.com meet the reality of the hotel. Nice place, we had parking place as well.
The position is close to the old town.
The room is old fashioned and very limited parking at The hotel.
The location and cleanliness, all equipment worked all right, hot water, everything fine.
I happen to hear how the lady of the house/the receptionist - who was very friendly to me! - was very unfriendly to the cleaning lady, who was obviously frightened, humble and silent, and belonged to the badly treated minority part of the inhabitants. That was not nice, especially when the whole place was shining clean and she must have been doing her work just brilliantly.
They don't have parking. You can park in the street but you are risking that the car to be take off by the municipality.
