Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, convenient parking options (often underground or private), and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many found the rooms to be clean and spacious, with some highlighting nice views and balconies. However, several reviews mentioned issues with bed comfort, such as old or uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. There were also occasional complaints about maintenance, air conditioning, and bathroom facilities, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.
