    Close to ganges Lovely place

    Need more staff. Room service was always late or never. Otherwise good experience ..

    Very close to the Ganges River although toward the end of main series of ghat (steps leading to the river). Nicely refurbished heritage hotel. A trio played traditional music in the restaurant each night. Room was adequate albeit slightly small - good beds, linens, bathroom, etc.

    The hotel and facilities were as expected and advertised. The restaurant was only adequate but the live music was a bonus.

    - It was supossed to be a “sightview” room. - “Heritage hotel”, but someone should tell them that heritage doesnt mean delapidated. - Location, even been far away (1 hour walking)from main ghatts is not bad.

    - My room was in a 4th floor with no elevator, and iron stairs outside the building. - Dirty pillow - Smelly - Fungus on the closet - No switch, no plug, next to the bed - EXPENSIVE - Bad isolated. I was there on december and it was Freezing. I cant imagine how exhausting it can be on spring/summer. - Humudity marks all over the room. - Ive read here that if you book your room on booking they will give you the worst room. Please quit this hotel from booking.

    The staff was great, very nice and helpful! Breakfast and rooftop restaurants were very good. The shower was also great.

    The room window opened right to a blank wall - not very good air circulation.

    Old style heritage hotel. Clean with good amenities and very friendly staff.

    Nothing to dislike I had a very pleasant stay.
