Located in Ernst, Hotel Zur Winzergenossenschaft is on a river, within a 10-minute drive of Moselle Promenade and Cochem Historic Mustard Mill. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Easy to get, just on the Moselstrasse, with wonderful views. Clean. Cheap.
Cons: If you want to overnight in grandma's house - than you'll like it. Although everything in the room was was clean and working, the overall old furniture, bathroom, walls, etc give too much outdated impression.
Pros: A very pleasant room overlooking the Mosel. At dinner we were served the best schnitzel that we had during this year's trip through Germany, accompanied by excellent local wines. The restaurant is only open to hotel guests, so it's well worth staying for the food.
Cons: Our bathroom, although perfectly clean, didn't have a shower, only a shower hose from the bath taps with nowhere to hold it. A slight difficulty for anyone who finds it difficult to use a bath. There was no wifi.
Pros: Restaurant and breakfast okay!
Cons: For this rate I expect a shower fixed on the wall...........
Pros: The bed was confortable..
Cons: Clean towels.
Pros: Great room. Good breakfast spread. Hot coffee . Clean and cozy room. Sweet owners. I was very late in checking in due to delay in trains and buses and non availability of taxis in Cochem. But the owner was gracious enough to open the door so late in the night. The decor of the whole hotel is very cosy, giving it a very homey feeling. Even though I barely know German and the owners barely knew English , we managed to make each other understand. The location of the hotel is not very far from Cochem center (only 5 minutes Hy car/bus) but far enough so that you get to enjoy the quiet of nature. The bus stop is very close to the hotel. If I go back to cochem I will definitely book this place again.
Pros: The breakfast was the best. They had everything! The bathrooms were also very clean. And nice view of the Moselle!
Cons: A bit old (traditional) place. No wifi in the rooms, but downstairs was okay (and local 4G signal was okay in the room).
Pros: Very friendly family run hotel with plenty of atmosphere. Location is also ideal in a lovely village overlooking the Moselle River.
Cons: Wifi was not too good in my room but excellent in the restaurant.
