Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, and some reviewers mention comfortable beds. However, many guests are frustrated by the broken elevator, especially those with rooms on higher floors. Service receives criticism, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff and issues with extra charges. Despite these drawbacks, the location remains the hotel's strongest asset.
