Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions, public transportation, and the city center. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and efficiency, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with rooms and facilities described as spotless and well-maintained. Many guests also appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. While breakfast was mentioned frequently, opinions were mixed, with some finding it adequate and others suggesting improvements. A few negative comments were made about noise levels, small room sizes, and occasional issues with staff attitude, but these were outweighed by the positive feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
