Cons (-) The non smoking rooms had been heavily smoked in—to the point of being sticky with smoke film. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. People were blatantly smoking in and just outside of non smoking rooms. Door mats were full of cigarette burns and there were butts everywhere. The exterior was greasy and gritty with dirt. Pros (+) The Vacaville Motel 6 is well located. The people working at the hotel are very welcoming.
Cons (-) No coffee maker or ironing board in the room, but for budget prices, you should not expect these items.

Cons (-) The online description said it had a mini fridge. It did not. I have not stayed at a motel 6 that had neither fridge nor microwave in over a decade. The receptionist was very rude. She called out, "we're full" as soon as I walked in and argued with me about what day I had a reservation for, without even checking. Cons (-) Bed bugs! Room 105. Stay away. One of my employees got bitten all over his shoulder. Blood on sheets next morning. He thought it was a tick because he killed one of them while scratching in the middle of the night . Staff vey rude. Family run.
