Pros (+) Cost of room was about $54 w/ tax through site. Owner was a wonderful, nice gentleman. Location is right off Exit 31 ramp so you can't ask for better convenience.
Cons (-) Furniture, shower, dresser all desperately needed updates. I asked for a non-smoking room. The room itself was non-smoking but the bathroom reeked of smoke. I'm not sure if it was the vent or the room itself but it was overwhelming. The room I was in was joining to the room next door.
