|Top route||Kyiv Boryspil Intl to Istanbul|
|Top airport||Kyiv Boryspil Intl|
Pros: Crew was amazing, seats were clean and comfortable
Cons: Flight was delayed and hour and a half
Pros: Very friendly crew
Pros: The most terrible airline ever, paying $25 at airport to get boarding pass. Junk airplane, bad service with no meal . Tiny seat,
Pros: Empty space around me
Cons: Low cost. No entertainment, no drinks. Although nobody around me, to tight for work with laptop
Cons: Should have not picked low cost
Cons: Never again low cost Poor seating, no food
Pros: La vista del cielo
Cons: No se por q fuimos a Dubai sin aviso creo q e una falta súper grabe 3 horas por “gasolina” creo que es una falta de respeto. Pude escoger otra aerolínea
Pros: I like arriving to my destination. Late but arrived
Cons: A smile
Pros: Yes, very comfortable.
Cons: It’s Ok enough. Thanks.
Cons: Everything. This flight was absolutely horrid and I will never be flying Ukraine international again!!!!!
Cons: There was no food .We had to pay even for the coffee.
Cons: Crews attitude,comfort.
Pros: you are asking if crew was amazing and if seats was super comfortable ... well ,crew was OK and seats would be super comfortable if you not move for eight hours but can you not move for eight hours???.....
Cons: would be better if all seats would be like business class seats otherwise there’s no solution ...
Pros: The crew was super friendly.
Cons: The seat comfort could be better. Just too tight.
Pros: Constant changes of scheduled flight
Cons: A normal airline that knows hoe to operation the 21st century. STAY AWAY!!!! You get what you pay for!
Cons: The flight was delayed over 8 hours causing me to miss my connection flight. The crew was not helpful with the delay. The plane was old and the business class was not as pictured when booking. I will never fly with Ukraine air again.
Cons: Flight was delayed over 8 hours in leaving Kiev. The plane was old and the business class was not as pictured when booking. I'll never fly with Ukraine ever again
Pros: Crew was professional. Seat was not comfortable
Cons: More space
Pros: Fast and on time!!!!
Cons: The flight attendants were tired
Pros: Liked the blanket, the nice leather seats. I enjoyed the chicken actually and the breakfast roll.
Cons: This is something that has happened to me on every flight/airline I have taken to India. I am sat next to some slightly older Indian nationals who I find inconsiderate. This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency.
Pros: Ground staff (check-in) not the happiest or most welcoming.
Cons: Other airlines give a warm welcome. Getting to airport, plus the run up to a trip can be stressful. It is also where for me the holiday/trip begins and a smile, or even a 'have a good holiday/trip' said genuinely would really get things off to good start. I felt depressed.
Cons: I booked seat near window but was given middle seat I don’t like this way...
Cons: Carry-on rules with FlyUIA are ridiculous. I had to pay 150 EUR as my carry-on was 2 cm wider than their standards
Cons: food could be a bit better and more entertainment options
Cons: Well to make it short, I am about 5'7" and still felt the seats were very closely placed and for long trips it is awfully uncomfortable. The airplanes are very old!!
Pros: Crew was magnificent
Cons: Food awful seats tiny check in procedure is confusing
Pros: The crew was ok
Cons: The temperature in the plane was freezing, and there were no blankets. The crew couldn't control passengers that did not follow the flight rules.
Cons: Not paying for food
Cons: The company requires 15 Euro for a hand luggage even though we bought economy tickets which include 2 piece of hand baggage and duty-free. They claims that our tickets are "economy-light" (it was not written anywhere).
