Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the hotel's excellent location as its main advantage, with many also appreciating the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and areas, and some guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast quality and clarity of information regarding included services. Bed comfort also received criticism, with complaints about hard or overly soft mattresses and pillows. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, improvements in cleanliness, breakfast, and bedding are needed.
