Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the zoo and city center, and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. However, reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness, value for price, and service, with several complaints about poor breakfast quality, issues with room maintenance, and additional unexpected charges. While some guests found the hotel comfortable and good value, others experienced noise, hygiene problems, and communication issues with staff. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, with service and cleanliness receiving both praise and criticism.
