I'm writing to let you know that my family and I were very disappointed with our stay. We even checked out early. The ac in our room was making a loud noise, there were only two towels in our room but 4 guests, the ice machine on our floor was broken and the pillows were so horrible that we couldn't really sleep. To top it off house keep only comes every 5 days. We paid a lot of money to stay here and for what? I thought since it was a hilton we would get the best. I will not be coming back to this Hotel. I would like a refund on my stay. This was our staycation/ fathers day getaway.
Room was not priced for value
It was a very convenient location and the staff was professional, friendly and accommodating.
Sofa beds did not have things like blankets or pillows
Very friendly staff. Swimming pool ambiance. Great location.
The hotel was affordable
The hotel did not have an open kitchen, though online it stated that it did. No breakfast. The shower tub would fill up with water due to improper drainage and the door to tge room had a 2" gap under the door
