Pros: Comfortable and welcoming hotel. Great nature nearby. I liked the little owls flying by and hooting in the night and the forested hills in the distance. I hope they don't develop all the surrounding fields and cover them with wall-to-wall hotels and villa complexes, but something tells me they will. If you never walk anywhere you'll probably need wheels to stay at this hotel. One day the whole Bulgarian coast will resemble the Hell on Earth that is Sunny Beach.
Cons: When I went down to breakfast I sat down at a free table and waited for service - only to be publically and vocally told by the aggressive patriarch of a visiting family that I was sitting at their 'reserved' table. Kinda humiliating not to know about this in advance. Reserved tables in the morning at a budget hotel... Interesting. Consequently lost my appetite so can't comment on the food.

Pros: Brilliant unrestricted view to the sea. Clean swimming pool and good coffee in the restaurant. Beautiful private beach. Perfect silence for those who appreciate this. Scuba diving facilities and teachers upon request.
Cons: The breakfast included to the accommodation price is hilarious and should be removed from the package.

Pros: The view in incredible, with the see side and the pool, extremely quiet, I saw the risen of the sun form my balcony, and I try to count the stars form the same balcony. ( I do not finish the count so I must go back). The cleaning lady visit us every day, the breakfast that was included was 2 bread with jam and butter and coffee or the, but my husband upgraded for only 5 bgn/day at English breakfast, and that was more then ok him. Near by 3-5 km lot of very nice beach for swimming and scuba diving, if you get bored of the one the hotel have. Very good WiFi

Pros: Nice location and very beautiful view from the balcony. Very calm place and at the same time is close to Lozenets. The restaurant was also ok with good prices.
Cons: Wifi was not good. The included breakfast is too basic. Room balconies are close to each other and this bothered me - it’s not very private.

Pros: Location is excellent - 5mins walk to Nestinarka beach, close to all restaurants :) I liked the terrace, where you can sit and rest until others get ready for the beach/dinner. Also, I found very useful the clothes drying rack. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were maintained clean. Frappe was amazing :)
Cons: Space is small in the bathroom and the shower curtains are touching the toilet seat , which feels uncomfortable. Room keys should necessarily be left at the reception, which is not so convenient when you need to pick them up later in the evening. Majorly because the guard is kind of grumpy man :) Payment is only cash. If you haven't prepared the money, there is no ATM in the neighbourhood. The closest ATM is the city of Tsarevo. I felt a little bit nagged to pay the stay as soon as possible, right from the arrival and continuously the next two days until I found the time to go to the city to withdraw cash money.

Cons: Chybalo nam vybavenie kuchynky v apartmane. We hade no kitchen equipment in the apartment.

Pros: Rooms are big, air-conditioned, clean, close to the beach and umbrellas are included in the price just need to reserve early enough. Swimming pool is clean They had good entertainment program and kids facilities were good too.
Cons: The hotel states 4 star hotel but has everything of 3 star not sure why did they get 4 star exactly. The food wasn't very variety and quality was food just OK. Breakfast has the same food everyday. The toilet were leaking in the restaurant. Room weren't equipped with kitchen facilities. If u need kettle, hair dryer, iron, cuttlery you need to ask for it. It calls apartment but it is just big rooms with sink and cupboards. Overall it was just OK. I wouldn't stay there again
