Pros (+) We like the room in this hotel. I was small but nice for the one night stay at the last minute. The water was warm and the hotel provided everything i needed to dry my hair without having luggage. The morning staff were all smiles and we enjoyed putting a pin on the map up on the wall representing people from all over the world who had stayed there.
Cons (-) The lady at the desk when we tried to check in was less than desirable. We had to book candlewood at the last min because there was a snow storm coming and we had been driving all day. It was 1130PM! Our Company booked the room online for us and used the company card. THIS WAS A MISTAKE!!!! The person who's name is on the card has to be present to check into the hotel!
