I did not notice until later but one of the tires was bald and needed to be replaced. This was very dangerous. I also noticed that one of the tires had already been replaced. The other tire should have been replaced at the same time. Other than that it was a good experience. I will likely rent from them again.5,6 Fair

The conscientiousness of the office staff was abhorrent. There was no attention to detail, and they did not do what was promised. As a result, I had to drive 45 minutes to the airport on Sunday afternoon to get a car there. Unacceptable!9,6 Wonderful

Pros:
Did not like that I had to go to another Enterprise location to return the car. I needed a ride home and they no longer take people home after a certain distance. This has changed since November, 2017. Since the other location is actiually closer to me, I will use that one for my next rental. The customer service has always been terrific when renting a vehicle from Enterprise and will continue to use them. I rent a car once or twice a year.7,6 Good
