Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access key attractions. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding their rooms spotless while others noted dust or inadequate cleaning. Noise from the street and lack of soundproofing were common complaints, especially for rooms facing busy areas. Several reviews mentioned the absence of air conditioning and other amenities, which made stays uncomfortable during hot weather. Service was also a concern for some, with reports of unresponsive staff and limited reception hours. Overall, the hotel was appreciated for its value and location, but improvements in amenities, noise insulation, and service responsiveness would enhance the guest experience.
