Pros (+) Good location, nice recent renovations.
Cons (-) Loud, especially dogs barking when owner's are not in the room and kids running in and out of the entrance. Not enough parking spots. Difficult to get thru main doors with luggage since the doors are not automatic. Pretty dirty under the beds, found dead flies in the disposable drinking glasses. Caulk around the toilet looked like my kid did it and stains in the tub.

Pros (+) The rooms were clean and well made even though the hotel seemed outdated. The value was outstanding compared to other hotels in the area. It was not anything fancy but it had everything we needed.
