Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and good value for the price. However, many reviews mention significant issues with cleanliness, including dust, dirty linen, and poor housekeeping. Service is mixed, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others report lack of support or unavailable reception. Room size is generally appreciated, but the facilities are old and in need of refurbishment. Overall, the positives are the convenient location and value, but cleanliness and maintenance require major improvement.
