Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's lakeside location, beautiful views, and convenient access to fireworks and local amenities. The onsen facilities were frequently highlighted as a standout feature, with many guests enjoying the relaxing experience and scenic vistas. Staff service, especially from foreign staff, was often described as friendly and helpful. However, many reviews noted that the hotel is old and in need of renovation, with recurring complaints about unpleasant smells, dated decor, and cleanliness issues in rooms and common areas. Breakfast and dinner buffets received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the variety and others finding the food repetitive or lacking in quality. Overall, while the location and onsen are major draws, the aging facilities and cleanliness detract from the experience.
