Great location. Spacious, unfussy room with lovely balcony. Good air-con, very comfortable bed and a hot and powerful shower. Lovely gardens and lovely low-key and hotel bar. Nice, relaxing experience all in all.
Sun loungers at pool not so comfortable. Safes in rooms are old-school with a key and I think not attached to the wardrobe floor. This means you have to carry the key with you - not secure or convenient. An upgrade to safes with automatic systems and secret codes like in other hotels would be better.

Comfy beds, excellent location and low rise building. Nice pool area and not too busy, friendly staff but professional.
There are no normal 'English' TV channels [only American business channels] not even a news channel. No shelving in shower to put anything [refurbished walk in shower]and not well sealed so water seepage onto bathroom floor. Maids keep refolding towels so they are muddled up, we do not use each others towels this means we need clean towels every day .

Breakfast was a bit of a muddle but as it’s included in price it was adequate as there was no tea / coffee facilities in the room
