Filthy and seedy...but with a...

The hot tub in the room was wonderful! Huge, with color changing lights and very relaxing jets.

It was DIRTY. The hallway smelled like an awful too-strong plug-in artificial fragrance. It gave me a headache just walking through it. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and I had to air it out. I found three different hairs on the hot tub in the room. The wallpaper was peeling. The mattress was hard, and was dressed with only a sheet for cover (there was a blanket in the closet, but it was one of those cheap wool motel ones). There was no coffee in the room, and for toiletries, only a combination shampoo/shower gel (no conditioner or lotion). The bedside lights were way too bright and glaring. The hot tub took 40 minutes to fill up. For the price and reviews, I expected so much more. It felt like the designer had some good ideas, but not much experience with details and materials.

This hotel feels strange right after entering. We booked because the pictures looked as if the interior was recently done and clean, and reviews were good. HOWEVER: The hotel is in a strange neighbourhood and looks cheap from the outside. After entering and seeing the room you get the feeling this is a hotel for a few hours, not to spend the night sleeping. Nevertheless we decided to look beyond that and just stay the night we booked. The biggest issue appeared when we wanted to go to sleep: There were only sheets on the bed and NO BLANKETS OR DUVETS WERE PROVIDED IN THE ROOM AT ALL, not on the bed and not in a closet. After having asked for spare ones at the reception the receptionist responded friendly but could not help in any other way than by providing some additional sheets. It was wintertime when we visited, which made it impossible to sleep without any bedcover. According to the receptionist all other rooms were booked and no spare blankets or were available at all in the hotel. We were left with no other choice than leaving the hotel, and have not received any form of compensation whatsoever, which means we have fully paid the night without staying. In fact we booked two rooms, one described above, the other had one blanket in the closet. Just mentioning this too: In my opinion a blanket (and no duvet) is a very low standard for a hotel this price range. This hotel cannot be considered a serious option to spend the night offering a room without any kind of cover to the bed. In addition the hotel has not provided any compensation for our ruined night. Very unprofessional, in fact this hotel is a true joke.

I'ts better for you to sleep at the airport or train station, i'ts less noise and plus you will save money.

It's quiet.

The shower of the zacuchi doesn't work. It's not really important. The room is really small.

Pleasant staff. Good food.

I didn't like the jacuzzi in the sleeping area and the shower in the jacuzzi was not what I liked. Not my 'scene'.

The diner in the resturant was very good, The bed was very comfortable, The prices on the food and drinks was reasonable and the waiter who served us was very good.

The location was a very disappointing and to get to the centre was a very long walk under a busy dark fly over. The shower room was very dated and the grouting was dirty. There was very minimal toiletries , no bath mat , no toilet seat , one hand towel . The jacuzzi in the bedroom was very noisy. The bedrooms are located very near to the reception desk and the staff were very loud throughout the night . The people in the room above us decided to have a jacuzzi at 1.30 am, which lasted for a hour, due to the noisy staff and the jacuzzi lasting for one hour and then the drains noise, we did not get any sleep at all. I did get up to complain to the reception staff, he told me that it was the air conditioning , so he came into our room , this was at 2.15 am , he then accepted that it was the upstairs jacuzzi but said that they are entitled to use the jacuzzi anytime day or night

Quite noisy, you can hear everything through the walls. Also they hotel was under refurbishment works and the builders were hammering outside our bedroom at 9am! Not very comfortable bed either. ...
